The 30th National Karate Summer Camp 2024

In the picturesque town of Vinayak, Bhimtal, Nainital the 30th National Karate Summer Camp 2024 unfolded over five exhilarating days. This prestigious event, orchestrated by the Kyokushin Karate Foundation of India, witnessed an impressive gathering of 100 participants hailing from states such as Uttar Pradesh, Assam, Jharkhand, Delhi, Chhattisgarh and Uttarakhand. The camp was not just a competition but a celebration of dedication, skill, and the relentless spirit of karatekas from across the nation.


The Summer Camp's highlights included rigorous belt grading tests, dynamic water training sessions in the serene Naukuchiatal, and intense sparring bouts that pushed the limits of endurance and technique.

Adding an international flair to the event, esteemed instructors Sensei Omirbek Almagzhanov from Kazakhstan and Shihan Sergei Soldatov from Russia graced the occasion, lending their expertise and keen judgment to evaluate the participants.


Among the notable achievements, Sensei Harish Pandey and Sensei Milendra Kaushal advanced to the 4th Dan Black Belt, while Sensei Arun Singh achieved the 3rd Dan Black Belt. Additionally, Abhishek, Rahul, Rishi, and Akshita Senpai's pursuit of the 2nd Dan Black Belt stood out, demonstrating their exceptional dedication and skill.


The camp's grandeur was further enhanced by the presence of esteemed guests, Mr. Rupindra Nagar (State President KKFI), Devendra Chaunautiya, and Saurabh Rautela, whose encouragement and support invigorated the participants. The event concluded on a high note, with awards and recognitions celebrating the spirit of martial arts and the remarkable talents of the competitors.


This landmark camp not only highlighted the incredible talent within India's karate community but also fostered a spirit of camaraderie and mutual respect among participants and spectators alike. As the event came to a close, it left an indelible mark on all who witnessed the extraordinary display of martial arts excellence.
