Cancellation and Refund Policy

Cancellation: You may cancel your order within 3 days of placing it, provided that the item has not yet been shipped. To cancel, please contact our customer service team at moka.manglam@gmail.com

Refunds: If you receive a damaged product, you may return the item for a full refund within 2 days of receipt. The item must be returned in its original condition and packaging. Refunds will be issued to the original method of payment.

Return Shipping: Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item received was damaged or defective. In such cases, we will provide a prepaid return label.

Refund Processing: Refunds will be processed within 7 - 10 days of receiving the returned item. Please note that it may take additional time for the refund to appear in your account depending on your financial institution.
